T.A. Ward II, Esq., Senior Vice President, Title First Commercial, is responsible for all commercial real estate transactions. He brings nearly two decades of experience to the closing table, having served in the industry since 1990.
Prior to joining Title First, Mr. Ward held the office of Real Estate Counsel at Dominion Homes, Inc. where he was involved in all aspects of acquisition and development of residential subdivisions.
Mr. Ward’s experience also includes 6 years as Real Estate Attorney at Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter Co., LPA and 8 years at Edwards Companies working on various aspects of real estate development. He served as site manager for Edwards Land Company at Tuttle Crossing and later Vice President and Senior Project Manager of Multicon Construction Company involving the rehabilitation in the Brewery District.
He earned his law degree from Capital University Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Ward lives in Upper Arlington with his wife, Fran, and kids, Tommy and Lauren.
