	Paul E. Blevins, Esq., Senior Vice President & Counsel, has been a practicing attorney for over 15 years, with 10 years of experience representing homebuilders and developers in real estate development matters and land use litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and California. Before joining Title First Agency, Blevins served as an attorney and shareholder for McCray, Muzilla, Smith & Meyers Co. LPA, where he was General Counsel for the North Coast Building Industry Association. Blevins also served as City Councilman for the 4th Ward of Elyria, Ohio for six years. Blevins is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio. He is also a member of the Columbus Rotary Club. Blevins earned his Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College where, through the Hansard Scholars Program, he was an aide to Tony Blair, M.P. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. Born in Oberlin, Ohio, Blevins currently lives in the Worthington Hills section of Columbus, with his wife, Anne-Marie and their three children, Elise, John, and Henry.
