	Andy Shockney, Vice President of Corporate Operations, has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in call center management. Prior to joining Insurance First, Andy was employed at CheckFree Corporation and Huntington National Bank in Columbus, Ohio. During his tenure, Andy has played a leading role in developing and growing new call center operations. Andy holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ashland University and an M.B.A. from Capital University.
